On-going manual candidates creation was a mass workload for the HR department, lack of visibility and transparency of cross-regional and cross-brand talent also led to intensive human labor. In addition, without an integrated talent management system, IHG found it very difficult to maintain ongoing talent data changes, weakening the HR support for their corporate talent growth initiatives. After an exhaustive review of alternatives, IHG started to work with aTalent in 2012 for years to come.

Integrate with local sourcing channel IHG Career Site, and outsourcing channels such as VeryEast, 61HR, etc. Realtime job search and ability to apply on social platform WeChat along with simplified application process to attract candidates efficiently, with minimum to no HR manual intervention. Connect candidates with the right brand in IHG portfolio through Culture Fit Assessment.
• Performance Management
People-centric employee interface including critical positions’ personal development plans, training, corporate goals, and objectives, salary
and benefits and more. Enable to get optimum workforce performance by linking job family management at support center and critical positions at hotels.
• Succession Planning
Provide successor nomination and succession analysis including employees’ experience, aspirations and performance to empower HR department to make better informed staffing decisions on time. Visualized and transparent talents career plans including mobility preferences help to increase internal mobility and reduce attrition rate.
• Talent Calibration
Multiple-grid scheme with highly configurable grid dimensions of defined talent management ratings to retain and develop the “right” talent.
