Go LIVE｜Diodes Launches Its Global Learning Platform in China to Advance Digital Talent Development

Supported jointly by aTalent and Cornerstone OnDemand, the project went through four months of preparation, configuration and testing before going live in China on 7 July 2026.

Designed to support learning across Diodes' global workforce, the successful China launch marks an important milestone in the development of the company's global learning ecosystem.

Headquartered in the United States, Diodes Incorporated is a global semiconductor company specializing in essential analog, discrete, logic and mixed-signal solutions. Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial equipment and communications infrastructure.

During implementation, aTalent supported Diodes in systematically migrating historical training data, learning resources and assessment content. This ensures that existing learning assets can continue to be retained, managed and applied within the new digital platform.

By managing learning data in one environment, Diodes can preserve its existing knowledge base while establishing a stronger foundation for future learning operations and content optimization.

Integrating Employee Master Data for Reliable Platform Operations

The project also completed the integration of employee master data. An automated synchronization mechanism with the global HR system keeps employee information up to date and provides a reliable data foundation for the ongoing operation of the global learning platform.

Cross-Regional Teams Working Toward a Shared Launch

Building a global learning platform requires more than technical expertise; it also depends on effective collaboration across regions.

Throughout the project, aTalent and Cornerstone OnDemand jointly supported Diodes with system configuration, testing, data migration and launch preparation.

From project kickoff to go-live, teams across multiple locations worked toward a shared objective. This collaboration helped deliver the China launch as planned and laid the groundwork for the platform's continued adoption globally.
