Go LIVE|Diodes Launches Its Global Learning Platform in China to Advance Digital Talent Development
From a Consistent Learning Experience to Long-Term Organizational Capability
For global organizations, learning is evolving from a series of standalone training activities into essential infrastructure that connects employee growth, institutional knowledge and organizational development.
Diodes Incorporated, a global semiconductor company, has officially launched the China rollout of its global learning platform. Supported jointly by aTalent and Cornerstone OnDemand, the project went through four months of preparation, configuration and testing before going live in China on 7 July 2026.
Designed to support learning across Diodes' global workforce, the successful China launch marks an important milestone in the development of the company's global learning ecosystem.
About the Client

Headquartered in the United States, Diodes Incorporated is a global semiconductor company specializing in essential analog, discrete, logic and mixed-signal solutions. Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial equipment and communications infrastructure.
As its global business continues to expand, Diodes needs to strengthen cross-regional collaboration and use digital solutions to support employee learning and capability development across markets.
A Global Learning Platform

The global learning platform is designed for Diodes employees worldwide. Through a unified platform architecture, it aims to provide a more consistent learning experience across regions.
The platform will continue to be rolled out in phases, supporting the long-term development of Diodes' global learning operations.
Core Project Capabilities
Unifying Learning Assets to Connect Past Investments with Future Operations
During implementation, aTalent supported Diodes in systematically migrating historical training data, learning resources and assessment content. This ensures that existing learning assets can continue to be retained, managed and applied within the new digital platform.
By managing learning data in one environment, Diodes can preserve its existing knowledge base while establishing a stronger foundation for future learning operations and content optimization.
Integrating Employee Master Data for Reliable Platform Operations
The project also completed the integration of employee master data. An automated synchronization mechanism with the global HR system keeps employee information up to date and provides a reliable data foundation for the ongoing operation of the global learning platform.
Global Delivery
Cross-Regional Teams Working Toward a Shared Launch
Building a global learning platform requires more than technical expertise; it also depends on effective collaboration across regions.
Throughout the project, aTalent and Cornerstone OnDemand jointly supported Diodes with system configuration, testing, data migration and launch preparation.
From project kickoff to go-live, teams across multiple locations worked toward a shared objective. This collaboration helped deliver the China launch as planned and laid the groundwork for the platform's continued adoption globally.
The Next Stage
Strengthening a Global Talent Development Ecosystem
A Go-LIVE is a new starting point for Diodes' global learning ecosystem.
Going forward, the company will continue to explore additional learning and talent development use cases through the unified platform, further supporting capability building across its global workforce.
For global organizations, the value of digital learning is not simply having a system in place. It lies in connecting employees with knowledge and enabling organizational capabilities to accumulate over time.
aTalent will continue to work with global organizations, using digital learning and talent management solutions to help them build the capabilities required for the future.
