aTalent has partnered with Hyundai Construction Equipment (HCE), a key business unit under HD Hyundai, to build a unified global learning platform that supports its expanding international operations.

HCE faced several challenges as it scaled globally: • Fragmented legacy systems across business units • A distributed user base of ~13,000, primarily external dealers • Complex governance across Korea, Europe, and North America • Large-scale migration of historical learning data, including TB-level content

aTalent delivered a comprehensive global solution: • A unified learning platform supporting multi-language and multi-region operations • Large-scale data migration across legacy systems and proprietary platforms • Integration via APIs, SSO, and automated data synchronization • Enablement of external dealer training, including monetized learning programs

The project enables HCE to: • Standardize global learning operations • Strengthen dealer capabilities at scale • Centralize data for better decision-making • Support global expansion with a scalable platform
