This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you: visit www.atalent.com; submit a form on our website; submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form connected to an aTalent campaign; request access to aTalent content; request an invitation to an aTalent event; or communicate with us about Trailblazer content, events or related enquiries.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that aTalent collects for its own website, content, marketing and event activities.

It does not replace the contractual terms that apply when aTalent processes Customer Data through its products and services on behalf of a customer. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name; your work email address; your job title; your company name; your phone number, where requested for an event invitation or related communication; and any information you choose to include in an enquiry, request or other communication with us.

• When you submit an aTalent LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, we may receive the information shown on that form, including your first name, work email address, job title and company name.

• LinkedIn initially processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Authorised members of aTalent's Marketing team in Shanghai, Mainland China, may download the submitted information from LinkedIn Campaign Manager and process it manually in Excel or other internal business files for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies. This may include: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; browser and device information; approximate location based on your IP address; referring pages or campaign sources; pages viewed and time spent on those pages; and clicks, scrolling activity and other interactions with the website.

• We use Google Analytics 4 and Factors.ai to help us understand website usage and campaign performance.

We may use the personal information described above to: provide or unlock content that you requested; respond to your questions or enquiries; send you information related to Trailblazer content or relevant aTalent events; process and review an event invitation request; confirm an event invitation and send event-related updates or logistical information; understand how visitors use our website; measure and improve our content, website and campaign performance; maintain the security and proper operation of our website; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We will use personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for another purpose that is explained to you at the time of collection.

Some aTalent events are invitation-only and may have limited capacity. If you request an invitation, we may use the information you provide to review your request, manage available capacity, contact you about the request and, if approved, send event-related information.

Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee attendance. aTalent will confirm separately whether an invitation has been approved.

Trailblazer activities or events may be presented together with Docebo. Personal information submitted through aTalent's website forms or LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is not shared with Docebo for this campaign.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with Google Analytics 4 and Factors.ai.

These technologies help us understand website traffic, visitor interactions and the performance of our content and campaigns.

We do not disclose personal information to Docebo in connection with the LinkedIn Document Ad or the related Trailblazer event invitation process described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information submitted by individuals in Hong Kong or other locations may be transferred to and processed by authorised members of aTalent's Marketing team in Shanghai, Mainland China.

Google Analytics 4 and Factors.ai may also process information in other countries or regions in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information transferred across borders receives an appropriate level of protection.

We generally retain personal information collected through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, content requests and event invitation forms for up to 12 months from the date it was collected or from your most recent meaningful interaction with aTalent, whichever is later.

We may retain information for a longer period where this is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a legal claim or resolve a dispute.

When personal information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
