News|Two Global Technology Companies Partner with aTalent to Advance Overseas Channel Learning and Certification

aTalent has entered into two new partnerships in South China with global technology companies headquartered in Shenzhen.

Operating respectively in enterprise cybersecurity and cloud computing, and intelligent robotics, the two companies will work with aTalent to build learning and certification systems for their overseas distributors.

One project will cover more than 4,000 overseas users across dozens of countries and regions in Southeast Asia, Europe and the Americas. The other will support distributors in key international markets, including North America, Europe and Australia.

Although the two companies operate in different industries, they share a common objective: as their products expand globally, their channel capabilities and service standards must scale with them.

About the Client

The first client is a leading Chinese provider of enterprise cybersecurity, cloud computing and IT infrastructure solutions. Its business reaches more than 70 countries and regions and serves over 100,000 enterprise customers.

As its international channel network continues to grow, the company plans to establish a global distributor learning and certification system. Multilingual learning, course management, online assessments and professional certification will provide partners in different markets with a more consistent development experience.

The second client operates in the rapidly growing intelligent robotics sector. Its core products include wireless AI-powered pool-cleaning robots and smart outdoor devices. North America, Europe and Australia are its primary overseas markets, and the company continues to expand its professional B2B distribution network.

To support this international partner ecosystem, the company will further develop its learning and certification system, giving distributors in different markets ongoing access to product information, installation guidance and after-sales maintenance knowledge.

Building a Consistent Global Distributor Learning and Certification System

Despite serving different technology markets, the two projects share several priorities for overseas channel enablement.

Multilingual Learning Support

Learning content will be adapted to the language and business needs of different markets, reducing barriers to knowledge transfer across countries and regions.

Integrated Learning, Assessment and Certification

Courses, capability assessments and professional certification will be connected within a more complete learning journey, helping each company establish consistent global standards for distributor development.

System Integration and Long-Term Scalability

The platforms will connect with existing business systems and accommodate future requirements, supporting long-term international learning operations, user management and channel ecosystem growth.

The cybersecurity company plans to connect its workplace applications, distributor management system and internally developed practical examination system. The intelligent robotics company intends to introduce AI-powered knowledge search that accommodates the language preferences of distributors in different countries, while leaving room for current and future system integrations.

Taking Capabilities Global Alongside Products

As international operations and channel networks grow, global companies face a broader challenge: how to consistently transfer product knowledge, professional capabilities and service standards across markets.

Building an overseas channel network requires more than recruiting distributors. It also requires a sustainable system that supports partner learning, assessment and certification.

Through these partnerships, the two companies will establish more consistent and internationally scalable learning and certification platforms, supporting distributor capability development and the long-term growth of their overseas channel ecosystems.

For aTalent, the two projects also represent another step forward in the development of its South China business. aTalent will continue to help global companies extend learning into their international operations and partner ecosystems, enabling channel capabilities to expand alongside their products.
