GoLIVE｜10+ Core Talent Modules Launched: How Far Has Weichuan Progressed in Its Talent Management Journey?

This was not a single-system launch — it marked the comprehensive implementation of key talent management processes, including talent data, competency assessment, talent review, succession, and development planning — all within one unified platform.  

Since project kickoff, aTalent and Weichuan have gone through multiple rounds of business alignment and solution refinement, closely tailored to real-world HR needs.  




This month, Weichuan Foods successfully completed the first phase GoLive of its aTalent Talent Management Platform.

In parallel, step-by-step training videos were launched to help employees quickly understand system usage — **significantly reducing the learning curve**.  


Through collaborative execution, Weichuan went live with 10+ core modules in this first phase, each optimized to enhance HR and managerial efficiency in daily use and strategic decision-making.

Founded in 1953 and entering Mainland China in 2001, Weichuan Foods has long been a leader in the food, beverage, and dairy sectors.  
Its well-known brands include *Daily C, Yogurt Drink, Pure Farm Milk, Probiotic Drink,* and *BeneNson Coffee*.  



With production bases in Hangzhou, Langfang, and Suzhou, Weichuan’s business now spans China’s major markets.  
The company has achieved IB, FSSC, ISO, and HACCP certifications, establishing a highly standardized and sustainable operational system.
