The project, delivered jointly by aTalent and Cornerstone OnDemand, aims to establish a unified learning platform for Diodes’ global workforce and enhance organizational efficiency and talent development capabilities.

On March 12, 2026, the global kickoff marked the official start of this cross-regional, multi-time-zone initiative.

Diodes Incorporated is a U.S.-headquartered global semiconductor company and a key player in the analog and discrete semiconductor space.

The project covers approximately 7,000 employees across the U.S., Europe, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, representing a large-scale, cross-regional initiative.
