GoLIVE | aTalent Powers Global Sales & Aftersales Enablement for a Leading Automotive Group

aTalent has successfully supported a leading automotive group from China in launching its new global learning platform, which officially went live on May 20, 2026.

As one of aTalent’s key international projects this year, the initiative involved migrating the client from its previous learning platform, Litmos, to a new global learning environment designed to support dealer sales and aftersales training worldwide.

From project kickoff in March to full deployment in May, the implementation was completed in approximately two months, demonstrating aTalent’s expertise in delivering complex, international learning platform projects.

As the client continues to expand its global business footprint, it required a unified learning platform capable of supporting:

  • Global sales enablement
  • Aftersales certification and capability development
  • Multi-region operations and standardization
  • External ecosystem user management

At the same time, the previous platform was no longer able to meet growing demands for global support and scalability, prompting the decision to initiate a platform transformation.

The new solution also needed to meet strict international compliance requirements, including European data hosting and GDPR compliance.

This project represents a strategic upgrade of the client’s global capability infrastructure.

Global Platform Upgrade

aTalent successfully migrated the client to a new global learning platform while ensuring business continuity and seamless user adoption.

Large-Scale Data Migration

The project included:

  • 1,000+ courses and learning assets migrated
  • 100,000+ relationship records migrated
  • 50,000+ learning transcripts migrated

In addition, IAM master data integration and SSO implementation were completed to provide centralized identity management.

Internationalization & Compliance

The platform supports multilingual and multi-region operations while meeting global compliance and security requirements.

Fast & Efficient Delivery

The entire project—from kickoff to go-live—was completed within approximately two months, highlighting aTalent’s ability to deliver large-scale international projects with speed and precision.

From Litmos to aTalent

The transition from Litmos to aTalent reflects the client’s confidence in aTalent’s platform capabilities, global support model, and long-term scalability.

Notably, during the same month the platform went live, the client reported sales of 130,000 vehicles, representing a 32.5% year-over-year increase.
