The much-anticipated 2021 (17th) China Corporate Training and Development Conference concluded in Shenzhen, the open capital of China!

The event lasted for 3 days, with a total of 3,500+ HR industry elites attending, 100+ training providers exhibiting their unique and rich learning products and solutions, and 120+ speakers from China and abroad sharing their insights.

At the aTalent & Cornerstone booth, there was a steady stream of industry professionals who came to engage with out staff.

Apart from showing great interest in our learning and development products, participants also enthusiastically signed up to participate in our “Digital Training Difficult Group – Who is the C-suite” voting game.

The interactive game addresses the three major pain points of digital training for enterprises: poor experience, incorrect content and poor results. An open poll was held for participants who came to the conference to better understand the current training needs of domestic and international companies and their own future development.

On the afternoon of the second day of the conference, aTalent, in conjunction with Cornerstone OnDemand, hosted an exclusive and bespoke product screening session for our key clients.

The event, entitled “Technology Reinvents the Employee Learning Experience”, featured demonstrations of the world’s leading learning management systems by senior solutions consultants from Cornerstone and aTalent respectively.

The aim of this event is to bring the most realistic product demonstrations to companies, giving them a more intuitive perspective on the practical application of the products and an in-depth explanation of the design logic and philosophy of the product features.
