About the Role:
aTalent is a leading AI-driven HR SaaS tech company revolutionizing learning and talent management for businesses worldwide. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Marketing Intern to support two key initiatives:
- Website Update Project – Assist in migrating our website from WordPress to Strapi, updating web content, and optimizing site structure.
- AI Agent Development – Research and build multiple AI agents to automate marketing tasks and improve team efficiency.
Time Commitment:
This is a full-time internship position requiring availability 5 days a week. Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Website Update Project
- Assist in migrating our website from WordPress to Strapi in collaboration with our in-house Strapi professional.
- Support website restructuring, including menu updates and improved navigation.
- Work with the product team to update content based on the latest product offerings.
- Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks and basic testing post-migration.
- AI Agent Research & Development
- Research AI-powered tools and solutions that can automate marketing tasks such as content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
- Build and test multiple AI agents to streamline routine marketing processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate AI agents into workflows.
- Document findings, implementation steps, and recommendations for further AI-driven enhancements.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English, as these are our working languages.
- Basic understanding of website content management; experience with WordPress or Strapi is a plus.
- Strong interest in AI applications for marketing automation.
- Research and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
