About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial professional to drive new business sales across the region. As Regional Sales & Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of a fast-growing AI SaaS company, with the opportunity to shape our presence in a high-growth market, earn uncapped commissions, and grow with the business.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative selling to account growth—building strong relationships and delivering value to customers through a strategic and solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities in the region
  • Lead compelling product demos and consultative presentations (online and in-person)
  • Align aTalent’s solutions to customer needs, goals, and challenges
  • Manage a healthy and dynamic sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through ongoing account success
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Prior experience in HR tech or enterprise software is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Experience using modern CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Self-starter with high motivation and strong time management
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex deals
