About the Role:

aTalent is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to enrich our team by working closely with our Sales Team to drive new business and enhance customer relationships by effectively aligning our solutions with clients’ business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends and product capabilities, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and relevant. The ideal candidate will be a leader, ready to mentor junior consultants as we ramp up our business and influence the strategic direction of our solution offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex customer engagements, ensuring solutions meet strategic business needs.
• Articulate product functionality and demonstrate how our solutions align with client objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business environments and objectives.
• Facilitate the transition of accounts to implementation teams, ensuring client needs are accurately communicated.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to effectively position aTalent.
• Support the sales team in RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes with expert knowledge and timely responses.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior Solution Consultants to enhance their skills and effectiveness, with the potential to build and lead a team as our business expands.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, ideally with a focus on SaaS and HCM solutions.
• Exceptional ability to convey complex solutions clearly and engage effectively with senior-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in a team setting and ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese are highly desirable.
