Accenture Report On Attracting And Retaining Gen Z Employees缩略图

Hundreds of thousands of members of Generation Z (people born between 1993 and 1999) will graduate from university this summer. Tech-savvy, loyal and eager to get stuck in, these individuals usually have practical work experience and high hopes of pursuing meaningful and rewarding careers.

Employers will want to capitalise on their enthusiasm and digital expertise. However, new research from Accenture Strategy has found that only one in five of those about to graduate is interested in joining a big company.
